本文观察妊娠晚期正常 TSH 范围内不同水平对母婴并发症的影响。选择2010年1月～11月260例妊娠晚期正常孕妇按照 TSH 水平进行四分位数法分为 A ～ D 四组（A 组，n＝65；B 组，n＝67；C 组，n＝63；D 组，n＝65），观察四组母婴并发症的变化。 A ～ D 四组之间他们在年龄、住院日、血压及分娩时孕周这几方面的差异没有统计学意义。与 A 组相比，B ～ D 这三组母亲并发症的发生率较高，其差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。而 B ～ D 三组之间两两比较，母亲并发症的发生率则没有明显区别，差异没有统计学意义。 A ～ D 组之间两两比较，胎儿并发症的发生率则没有体现出明显区别，差异没有统计学意义。提示妊娠晚期保持 TSH 水平在正常参考范围之内的偏低水平可以减少母亲并发症的风险。

To observe the effect of TSH level changes on the maternal and fetal complications in late pregnancy with normal TSH level .According to the level of TSH ,260 cases late pregnancy gravida were divided into four groups by quartiles grouping (group A ,n= 65 ;group B ,n= 67 ;group C ,n= 63 ;group D ,n= 65) ,and observe the change of maternal and fetal complications between four groups from January 2010 to November 2010 .The differences between four groups in the aspects of age ,length of stay ,blood pressure and gestational age had no statistical significance .Compared with A group , B group ,C group and D group had higher incidence rate of maternal complications and the differences were statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Moreover ,pairwise comparisons between B group ~ D group ,there were no statistically significant differences in maternal complications .Pairwise comparison among A group ,B group ,C group and D group ,there were no statistically significant differences in fetal complications .Maintaining a low level of TSH within the normal reference range in late pregnancy can reduce the risk of maternal complications .
