提出了一种基于OPAC日志的用户行为分析方法，介绍了这种方法在“短缺书目发现”和“复本数量确定”等馆藏优化方面的成功应用，在此基础上，指出用户行为分析是一种让图书馆深度了解用户需求，进而提高读者信息需求满足率的重要途径。

This paper proposes a method for analyzing user behavior based on OPAC log, and introduces some effective applications of this method in“finding the shortage of bibliography”and“determining the number of copies”, and based on this, points out that the user behavior analysis is an important way to deeply understand readers’ needs and so as to improve the readers’ information need satisfaction rate.
