目的：优选软脉灵颗粒最佳提取工艺条件。方法：以各投料药材干粉得率及干粉的指标性成分丹酚酸B含量为考察指标，采用正交试验法筛选工艺条件。结果：优选工艺为16味药材按一定比例混合，首先加8倍量水浸泡60min，沸后煎煮1 h；再分别加4、3倍量水，沸后各煎煮0.5h。结论：优选的提取工艺稳定、合理可行。
目的：優選軟脈靈顆粒最佳提取工藝條件。方法：以各投料藥材榦粉得率及榦粉的指標性成分丹酚痠B含量為攷察指標，採用正交試驗法篩選工藝條件。結果：優選工藝為16味藥材按一定比例混閤，首先加8倍量水浸泡60min，沸後煎煮1 h；再分彆加4、3倍量水，沸後各煎煮0.5h。結論：優選的提取工藝穩定、閤理可行。
목적：우선연맥령과립최가제취공예조건。방법：이각투료약재간분득솔급간분적지표성성분단분산B함량위고찰지표，채용정교시험법사선공예조건。결과：우선공예위16미약재안일정비례혼합，수선가8배량수침포60min，비후전자1 h；재분별가4、3배량수，비후각전자0.5h。결론：우선적제취공예은정、합리가행。
