目的:利用高效液相色谱法优化参花妇康胶囊中丹参醇提取工艺。方法以干膏率及干膏中含丹参酮ⅡA 的量为指标,通过正交试验筛选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,溶剂量6倍,提取时间3 h,提取次数2次。结论醇提法可用于丹参中有效成分的提取。

목적:이용고효액상색보법우화삼화부강효낭중단삼순제취공예。방법이간고솔급간고중함단삼동ⅡA 적량위지표,통과정교시험사선최가제취공예。결과최가공예조건위을순농도70%,용제량6배,제취시간3 h,제취차수2차。결론순제법가용우단삼중유효성분적제취。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of tanshinoneⅡA from Shenhua Fukang Capsule by HPLC. Methods Taking the dry extract rate and the tanshinoneⅡA content as the indexes, the best technological conditions were screened by the orthogonal design. Results The optimum conditions were 6 times the amount of 70% alcohol, extracting for 2 times, each time for 3 h. Conclusion The alcohol extraction method can be used to extract the effective ingredients in Salviae miltiorrhiza Bunge.
