目的:考察三七总皂苷脉冲迟释片的体外释放度,初步判断其主药成分人参皂苷 Rg1在体内的吸收速率和程度。方法制备三七总皂苷脉冲迟释片,考察其在不同介质、不同方法及不同转速下人参皂苷 Rg1的释放度。结果溶出介质的 pH 对释放度无显著影响,释药时滞会随介质黏度的增加而延长;转篮法较桨法稳定,更适合该制剂的释放度研究;不同转速对释药时滞无显著影响,对释药速率略有影响。所制备的三七总皂苷脉冲迟释片在体外释放过程中延迟4~5 h 后,快速脉冲式地释药。结论根据时辰药理学原理,三七总皂苷脉冲迟释片的体外释放符合其用于心血管疾病预防和治疗的目的。

목적:고찰삼칠총조감맥충지석편적체외석방도,초보판단기주약성분인삼조감 Rg1재체내적흡수속솔화정도。방법제비삼칠총조감맥충지석편,고찰기재불동개질、불동방법급불동전속하인삼조감 Rg1적석방도。결과용출개질적 pH 대석방도무현저영향,석약시체회수개질점도적증가이연장;전람법교장법은정,경괄합해제제적석방도연구;불동전속대석약시체무현저영향,대석약속솔략유영향。소제비적삼칠총조감맥충지석편재체외석방과정중연지4~5 h 후,쾌속맥충식지석약。결론근거시신약이학원리,삼칠총조감맥충지석편적체외석방부합기용우심혈관질병예방화치료적목적。
Objective To investigate the in vitro release of Panax Notoginseng Saponins(PNS) Pulse Delayed Releasing Tablet and to preliminarily judge the in vivo absorption rate and degree of the main drug ingredients ginsenoside Rg1 in this preparation. Methods PNS Pulse Delayed Release Tablets was prepared and the releasing rate of ginsenoside Rg1 in different media, different methods and different rotation speeds was investigated. Results The pH of the dissolution medium had no significant effect on the releasing rate, and release delay could be extended with the increase of the medium viscosity; the rotating basket method was more stable than the paddle method and more suitable for the study on the release rate of this preparation; different rotating speeds had no significant effect on the release delay and slightly affected the release rate. PNS Pulse Delayed Release Tablets prepared by this study was rapidly released in pulse type after delaying for 4 - 5 h during the process of in vitro release. Conclusion According to the chronopharmacology principle, the in vitro release of PNS Pulse Delayed Release Tablets conforms to its purposes for preventing and treating cardiovascular disease.
