盆腔炎性疾病多因经期、产后血室正开等原因致余血浊液未净，感染邪毒，瘀毒交争，蕴结于冲任、胞宫、胞脉，不通则痛，临床上患者常以下腹疼痛为主诉，“血瘀”为主要病机，临证兼夹热毒、湿邪、寒邪，气血失调，虚实变化，选方用药应辨证论治，注重血瘀以达到治疗目的。
분강염성질병다인경기、산후혈실정개등원인치여혈탁액미정，감염사독，어독교쟁，온결우충임、포궁、포맥，불통칙통，림상상환자상이하복동통위주소，“혈어”위주요병궤，림증겸협열독、습사、한사，기혈실조，허실변화，선방용약응변증론치，주중혈어이체도치료목적。
The main pathogenesis of pelvic inflammatory disease is “blood stasis”.Accompanied symptoms such as heat toxin, damp evil and cold evil are common in clinical,which result in dysfunction of qi and blood and transformation of deficiency and ex-cess.Treatment should be base on syndrome differentiation in order to achieve the medical purpose.
