目的：观察空气波压力治疗仪联合中药涂擦预防奥沙利铂周围神经毒性的效果。方法将184例结直肠癌患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在奥沙利铂化疗期间给予肢体空气波压力治疗仪联合中药涂擦，对照组常规预防治疗，6次化疗完成后评价奥沙利铂周围神经毒性。结果治疗组较对照组周围神经毒性反应发生率低，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝14.19，P＜0.01）。结论化疗期间给予空气波压力治疗仪联合中药涂擦可以降低奥沙利铂周围神经毒性反应的发生率。
목적：관찰공기파압력치료의연합중약도찰예방오사리박주위신경독성적효과。방법장184례결직장암환자안수궤수자표법분위치료조화대조조，치료조재오사리박화료기간급여지체공기파압력치료의연합중약도찰，대조조상규예방치료，6차화료완성후평개오사리박주위신경독성。결과치료조교대조조주위신경독성반응발생솔저，차이유통계학의의（χ2＝14.19，P＜0.01）。결론화료기간급여공기파압력치료의연합중약도찰가이강저오사리박주위신경독성반응적발생솔。
Objective To observe the efficacy of air wave pressure therapeutic equipment and Chinese medi-cine inunction wet dressing in prevention of oxaliplatin-inducted neurotoxicity .Methods One hundred and eighty-four patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .Treatment group was given the treatment of air wave pressure therapeutic equipment and Chinese medicine inunction wet dressing during chemotherapy with oxaliplatin .The control group was given preventive treatment .The oxalipla-tin-inducted neurotoxicity was evaluated after 6 cycles of chemotherapy .Results The treatment group have lower incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =14.19 , P<0.01) .Conclusion Treatment with air wave pressure therapeutic equipment and Chinese medicine inunction wet dressing can reduce the incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity during oxaliplatin chemotherapy .
