目的:验证“阳光”用药质控体系建设对提高医院合理用药水平的成效。方法:成立“阳光”用药监管小组、“阳光”用药工作小组及“阳光”用药质控小组三级质控体系,利用信息系统对全院单位时间内处方(医嘱)的用药情况及药品用量进行监管,并进行统计,对比2010年至2013年的处方点评工作量、处方合格率、全院抗菌药物使用率及使用强度。结果:2013年与2010年相比,处方点评合格率提升了近40个百分点,病例合格率上升了近20个百分点,住院患者抗菌药药物使用率下降了22个百分点,使用强度下降了45.3个百分点,门、急诊抗菌药物使用率分别下降了19、16.5个百分点。结论:“阳光”用药质控体系的建设大大改善了我院的处方点评效率、医院用药合理率与抗菌药使用情况,为医德医风的建设提供了帮助,对我院创建医院药品信息化管理新模式作出了较大的贡献。

목적:험증“양광”용약질공체계건설대제고의원합리용약수평적성효。방법:성립“양광”용약감관소조、“양광”용약공작소조급“양광”용약질공소조삼급질공체계,이용신식계통대전원단위시간내처방(의촉)적용약정황급약품용량진행감관,병진행통계,대비2010년지2013년적처방점평공작량、처방합격솔、전원항균약물사용솔급사용강도。결과:2013년여2010년상비,처방점평합격솔제승료근40개백분점,병례합격솔상승료근20개백분점,주원환자항균약약물사용솔하강료22개백분점,사용강도하강료45.3개백분점,문、급진항균약물사용솔분별하강료19、16.5개백분점。결론:“양광”용약질공체계적건설대대개선료아원적처방점평효솔、의원용약합리솔여항균약사용정황,위의덕의풍적건설제공료방조,대아원창건의원약품신식화관리신모식작출료교대적공헌。
To verify the inlfuence of the construction of quality control system for the medication in the sunlight on rational use of drugs in a hospital. Methods:Three groups including medication oversight panels, working group and quality control group were established. Medications and medicine dosage of prescription (doctor ordered) in a unit interval were supervised and counted by information systems. The workload of prescription comment, the number of qualiifed prescriptions, the ratio and density for the use of antibacterial agents from 2010 to 2013 were compared. Results:The number of qualiifed prescriptions increased by 40%, rate of the qualiifed cases increased about 20%, the ratio and density for the use of antibacterial agents in hospitalized patients decreased by 22% and 45.3%, respectively, while they only decreased by 19% and 16.5% in outpatient and emergency patients, respectively. Conclusion:The efifciency of prescription comment, rational use of medicines and antibiotics were all improved through the construction of quality control system for the medication in the sunlight, which is of beneift to the construction of medical ethics and style and the establishment of new mode for information management of drugs in our hospital.
