调取我院2007-2012年泌尿外科发生药物不良反应（ADR）的患者病例资料共314例，对患者应用的药物情况进行统计分析。结果显示，各年龄段无明显差异，发生ADR的药物品种共89种，其中应用抗菌药物引发ADR的患者114例（36.3%）、中药制剂78例（24.8%）。我院泌尿外科应用药物发生 ADR的患者例数逐年下降，药学专业人员参与临床用药后ADR情况明显好转，对发生ADR的患者应及时给予护理干预可改善患者的预后情况。

조취아원2007-2012년비뇨외과발생약물불량반응（ADR）적환자병례자료공314례，대환자응용적약물정황진행통계분석。결과현시，각년령단무명현차이，발생ADR적약물품충공89충，기중응용항균약물인발ADR적환자114례（36.3%）、중약제제78례（24.8%）。아원비뇨외과응용약물발생 ADR적환자례수축년하강，약학전업인원삼여림상용약후ADR정황명현호전，대발생ADR적환자응급시급여호리간예가개선환자적예후정황。
Data on three hundreds and fourteen cases of patients with adverse drug reactions (ADR) in the department of urinary surgery of our hospital from 2007 to 2012 were investigated and the conditions of medication were statistically analyzed. Results showed that there were no signiifcant differences among all ages and a total of 89 varieties of drugs causing ADR, in which antibacterials (114 cases) accounted for 36.3%and traditional Chinese medicine (78 cases) 24.8%. The cases of ADR decreased year by year after the pharmaceutical professionals were involved in clinical medication. The care intervention to the patients with ADR in time can improve their prognosis condition.
