目的:通过临床医师需求分析,提高泌尿微创学习班的教学质量。方法以近10年来参加泌尿微创技术学习班的学员为研究对象,采用整群抽样的方法进行问卷调查,调查内容包括学员基本特征、认知情况、课程设置问题及学员需求等。结果参加学习班的学员多为中青年骨干,地市级医院以下学员占60%以上;97%对学习班认知度高;手术演示结合技能训练是最受欢迎的教学模式。结论充分了解临床医师的需求,教学形式多样化,是提高泌尿微创技术学习班教学质量的有效途径。

목적:통과림상의사수구분석,제고비뇨미창학습반적교학질량。방법이근10년래삼가비뇨미창기술학습반적학원위연구대상,채용정군추양적방법진행문권조사,조사내용포괄학원기본특정、인지정황、과정설치문제급학원수구등。결과삼가학습반적학원다위중청년골간,지시급의원이하학원점60%이상;97%대학습반인지도고;수술연시결합기능훈련시최수환영적교학모식。결론충분료해림상의사적수구,교학형식다양화,시제고비뇨미창기술학습반교학질량적유효도경。
Objective To improve the quality of urological minimally invasive technology training course by analysis of training needs. Methods Clinicians participating in the urological minimally invasive technology training course in recent 10 years were taken as study subjects. The study had been carried out by an united designing questionnaire,including the summary of clinicians,recognition,teaching content,teaching method and training needs. Results Most of clinicians were less than 50 years old and more than 60% of these clinicians come from municipal and district hospitals. 97% of clinicians had higher recognition. Live operation and skill training were most popular teaching models. Conclusion Training need analysis is the initial step in improvement of teaching quality. Diversification of the teaching models is effective.
