目的：观察中药补肾降浊汤治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组给予中药内服（党参、黄芪、生地、山药等，）早晚分服；对照组给予肾衰宁胶囊（4粒/次，3次/天）。两周为一个疗程，共观察两个疗程，对结果进行统计学处理。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90%和76.7%.治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论中药补肾降浊汤治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾功能衰竭可达到健脾益肾，利湿降浊的作用。
목적：관찰중약보신강탁탕치료비신기허형만성신공능쇠갈적림상료효。방법장60례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，각30례。치료조급여중약내복（당삼、황기、생지、산약등，）조만분복；대조조급여신쇠저효낭（4립/차，3차/천）。량주위일개료정，공관찰량개료정，대결과진행통계학처리。결과치료조화대조조총유효솔분별위90%화76.7%.치료조명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론중약보신강탁탕치료비신기허형만성신공능쇠갈가체도건비익신，리습강탁적작용。
Objective to observe the clinical effect of chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and chronic renal failure Jiangzhuo decoction in treatingspleen kidney two falsely type. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. the treatment group were given chinese herbs (radix codonopsis, astragalus, rehmannia,chinese yam, sooner or later the service); the control group was givenshenshuaining capsule (4 capsules per time, 3 times / day). two weeks as a course, two courses were observed, the results were statistically processed.Results the treatment group and control group total effectiveness respectively is 95.43% in the control group and 77.27%. treatment group was significantly better than the (P<0.05). Conclusion the traditional chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney Jiangzhuo decoction in treating spleen and kidney of chronic renal failure two deficiency can reach strengthening spleen and kidney, removing dampness turbidity reduction effect.
