目的：探讨血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法将2010年至2013年本院收治的65位脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对治疗组患者采用血塞通注射液进行治疗，除此之外，还要给予患者神经营养药等，对对照组患者采用丹参注射液进行治疗，其他方法和治疗组相同。结果治疗组的总有效率为94.3%，对照组的总有效率为70%，治疗组疗效远远优于对照组，两组相比具有明显差异性（P ＜0.05）。结论采用血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞可以取得确切的治疗效果，值得在临床实践中推广和应用。
목적：탐토혈새통주사액치료뇌경새적료효。방법장2010년지2013년본원수치적65위뇌경새환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，대치료조환자채용혈새통주사액진행치료，제차지외，환요급여환자신경영양약등，대대조조환자채용단삼주사액진행치료，기타방법화치료조상동。결과치료조적총유효솔위94.3%，대조조적총유효솔위70%，치료조료효원원우우대조조，량조상비구유명현차이성（P ＜0.05）。결론채용혈새통주사액치료뇌경새가이취득학절적치료효과，치득재림상실천중추엄화응용。
Objective to investigate the effect of Xuesaitong injection in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods from 2010 to 2013 the hospital treated 65 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the patients in treatment group were treated by Xuesaitong injection, in addition, but also to give patients a neurotrophic drugs, the patients in control group were treated by danshen injection, other methods and treatment group using the same. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 94.3%, control group in the total efficiency was 70%, the curative effect of treatment group is much better than the control group, two groups have obvious difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Xuesaitong injection in treatment of cerebral infarction can obtain the exact curative effect, is worth promoting in clinical practice and application.
