目的：观察中医药治疗腹泻型肠易激素综合症的疗效。方法：治疗组服用缓急抑激汤，对照组口服匹维溴胺、洛哌丁胺。结果：远期疗效比较治疗组痊愈显效率74.7%，对照组痊愈显效率38.71%。结论：中医药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合症疗效显著，治疗效果明显优于西药疗法。
목적：관찰중의약치료복사형장역격소종합증적료효。방법：치료조복용완급억격탕，대조조구복필유추알、락고정알。결과：원기료효비교치료조전유현효솔74.7%，대조조전유현효솔38.71%。결론：중의약치료복사형장역격종합증료효현저，치료효과명현우우서약요법。
Objectives:To observe the curative efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Method: The treatment group was treated with Huanji Yiji Decoction. The control group orally taken Pinaverium bromide and loperamide. Result:For the comparison of long-term effect, the curative and effective rate of treatment group was 74.7%, the control group 38.71%. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine has marked curative effect on treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and the effect is significantly better than that of western medicine.
