Mazhi Jiangzhuo formula%Constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome%5-HT
目的:观察麻枳降浊方对便秘型肠易激综合征大鼠肠组织5-HT 的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制及作用靶点。方法:将雄性wistar大鼠随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、西药组、中成药组和中药组,药物治疗组分别给予西沙比利、复方芦荟胶囊、麻枳降浊方,模型组给予蒸馏水灌胃,各组大鼠正常饲养,不限食水。采用 HE 染色法观察大鼠肠组织病理学形态,采用免疫组织化学法观察大鼠肠组织中5-HT 表达水平。结果:与模型组相比,各治疗组小肠推进比明显增高(P<0.05),且肠道各组织5-HT表达水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:麻枳降浊方可能通过降低肠道各组织中5-HT的表达,从而改善肠道敏感性及动力异常,发挥对便秘型肠易激综合症大鼠的治疗作用。
目的:觀察痳枳降濁方對便祕型腸易激綜閤徵大鼠腸組織5-HT 的影響,探討其可能的作用機製及作用靶點。方法:將雄性wistar大鼠隨機分為5組:正常組、模型組、西藥組、中成藥組和中藥組,藥物治療組分彆給予西沙比利、複方蘆薈膠囊、痳枳降濁方,模型組給予蒸餾水灌胃,各組大鼠正常飼養,不限食水。採用 HE 染色法觀察大鼠腸組織病理學形態,採用免疫組織化學法觀察大鼠腸組織中5-HT 錶達水平。結果:與模型組相比,各治療組小腸推進比明顯增高(P<0.05),且腸道各組織5-HT錶達水平顯著下降(P<0.05)。結論:痳枳降濁方可能通過降低腸道各組織中5-HT的錶達,從而改善腸道敏感性及動力異常,髮揮對便祕型腸易激綜閤癥大鼠的治療作用。
목적:관찰마지강탁방대편비형장역격종합정대서장조직5-HT 적영향,탐토기가능적작용궤제급작용파점。방법:장웅성wistar대서수궤분위5조:정상조、모형조、서약조、중성약조화중약조,약물치료조분별급여서사비리、복방호회효낭、마지강탁방,모형조급여증류수관위,각조대서정상사양,불한식수。채용 HE 염색법관찰대서장조직병이학형태,채용면역조직화학법관찰대서장조직중5-HT 표체수평。결과:여모형조상비,각치료조소장추진비명현증고(P<0.05),차장도각조직5-HT표체수평현저하강(P<0.05)。결론:마지강탁방가능통과강저장도각조직중5-HT적표체,종이개선장도민감성급동력이상,발휘대편비형장역격종합증대서적치료작용。
Objective:To observe the influence of Mazhi Jiangzhuo formula on 5-HT in intestinal tissues of rats with constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome and explore its possible mechanism and target. Method:The male wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups:normal group, model group, western medicine group, Chinese patent medicine group and Chinese medicine group. The medicine groups were given cisapride, compound aloe capsule and Mazhi Jiangzhuo formula. The model group was given gastricperfusion of distilled water. The rats were normally feed, food and water free. The pathological histology of rats’ intestinal tissue were observed by HE staining method. The expression level of 5-HT in the rats’ intestinal tissue was observed by Immunohistochemical technique. Result:Compared with the model group, the propulsion rate of small intestine of the treatment groups were significantly increased (P<0.05) and the expression level of 5-HT is significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion:Mazhi Jiangzhuo formula improves the sensitivity and motility abnormalities of intestines probably by inducing the expression level of 5-HT in intestinal tissues. This is why it can treat constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
