目的：总结分析经皮肝穿胆道内外引流治疗黄疸的应用效果。方法选择2010年6月至2012年11月期间我院收治的36例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者为研究对象，均给予经皮肝穿胆道内外引流治疗，观察治疗前后黄疸改善及并发症情况。结果治疗后总胆红素明显低于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（p ＜0.05）；36例患者中出现5例胆道感染、1例胆道出血、2例引流管堵塞。结论经皮肝穿胆道内外引流能在短期内改善黄疸症状，且安全有效，值得推广使用。

목적：총결분석경피간천담도내외인류치료황달적응용효과。방법선택2010년6월지2012년11월기간아원수치적36례악성경조성황달환자위연구대상，균급여경피간천담도내외인류치료，관찰치료전후황달개선급병발증정황。결과치료후총담홍소명현저우치료전，차이구유통계학의의（p ＜0.05）；36례환자중출현5례담도감염、1례담도출혈、2례인류관도새。결론경피간천담도내외인류능재단기내개선황달증상，차안전유효，치득추엄사용。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage in treatment of patients with jaundice. Methods 36 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice in our hospital from June 2010 to november 2012 were selected as study and divided into Yin Huang 15 cases , 21 cases of Yang Huang groups were given percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage. the improvement and complications of jaundice of two groups were observed. Results after treatment, After treatment total bilirubin were significantly lower than before treatment , a statistically significant difference (P <0.05); 36 patients, 5 cases of biliary tract infections, one case of biliary tract bleeding , two cases of drainage tube blockage. Conclusion internal and external biliary drainage can improve the symptoms of jaundice percutaneous liver biopsy in the short term , and the safe and effective.
