目的：观察中西医结合治疗戊型病毒性肝炎(戊肝)的疗效。方法：选择我院自2011年11月～2013年11月收治的戊型肝炎患者28例随机分为：治疗组14例，采用常规保肝降酶退黄治疗，加用自拟中药汤剂茵陈五苓散加减；对照组14例，采用常规保肝降酶退黄治疗。结果：服用1个月后，治疗组患者肝功能明显好转，ALT降低至正常5例，ALT在40.0～200.0 U/L为9例；抗-HEV转阴及弱阳性为4例；对照组：肝功能部分得到改善；ALT降低至正常2例；ALT在40.0～200.0 U/L为6例，抗-HEV转阴及弱阳性为2例。结论：在常规保肝降酶退黄治疗基础上，加用中药汤剂茵陈五苓散治疗戊肝能够降酶退黄，使肝功能改善或复常，促进受损肝细胞恢复。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료무형병독성간염(무간)적료효。방법：선택아원자2011년11월～2013년11월수치적무형간염환자28례수궤분위：치료조14례，채용상규보간강매퇴황치료，가용자의중약탕제인진오령산가감；대조조14례，채용상규보간강매퇴황치료。결과：복용1개월후，치료조환자간공능명현호전，ALT강저지정상5례，ALT재40.0～200.0 U/L위9례；항-HEV전음급약양성위4례；대조조：간공능부분득도개선；ALT강저지정상2례；ALT재40.0～200.0 U/L위6례，항-HEV전음급약양성위2례。결론：재상규보간강매퇴황치료기출상，가용중약탕제인진오령산치료무간능구강매퇴황，사간공능개선혹복상，촉진수손간세포회복。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine on Hepatitis E. Methods:28 cases with Hepatitis E from November, 2011 to November, 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group with 14 cases treated by conventional protecting liver and reducing enzyme jaundice with self-made alter-integrated Yinchen Wuling power and the control group with 14 cases just treated by conventional protecting liver and reducing enzyme jaundice. Results:After treatment of 1 month, patients in the treatment group improved better, ALT decreased to the normal for 5 cases, ALT in 40~200 U/L for 9 cases;anti HEV negative and weak positive for 4 cases;control group:liver function improved;ALT decreased to normal for 2 cases;ALT in 40~200 U/L for 6 cases, anti-HEV negative and weak positive for 2 cases. Conclusion:Routine protecting liver and reducing enzyme jaundice treatment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Yinchen Wuling power can treat Hepatitis E reducing the enzyme jaundice, making liver function improvement or normalization and promoting the recovery of injured liver cell.
