目的：通过观察类风湿性关节炎患者的心理状态，针对患者的各种不良情绪和心理障碍程度，有针对性的开展相应的护理干预，从而改善患者的精神状态，提高疗效，减少致残率。方法：针对不同年龄阶段、不同疾病阶段，病人的心理认知状态，采取相应的护理干预，减少患者不良心理状态的发生。结果：通过心理健康教育和心理护理干预，患者能够积极配合治疗。结论：良好的心理状态，能调动患者最大的主观能动性，积极配合治疗，主动功能锻炼，从而减少致残率，提高生活质量。
목적：통과관찰류풍습성관절염환자적심리상태，침대환자적각충불량정서화심리장애정도，유침대성적개전상응적호리간예，종이개선환자적정신상태，제고료효，감소치잔솔。방법：침대불동년령계단、불동질병계단，병인적심리인지상태，채취상응적호리간예，감소환자불양심리상태적발생。결과：통과심리건강교육화심리호리간예，환자능구적겁배합치료。결론：량호적심리상태，능조동환자최대적주관능동성，적겁배합치료，주동공능단련，종이감소치잔솔，제고생활질량。
Objective: To take nursing intervention according to the degree of adverse emotions and psychological obstacles by observing the psychological conditions of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in order to promote the condition, improve the efficacy and reduce the disability rate. Methods: According to different ages, stages of disease and the cognitive status, the corresponding nursing interventions were taken to reduce the occurrence of adverse psychological state of patients. Results: Through the psychological health education and psychological nursing intervention, the patients were able to actively cooperate with the treatment. Conclusion:Good mental state can mobilize the biggest initiation of patients to actively cooperate with the treatment and active function training in order to reduce the rate of disability and improve the quality of life.
