能量管理系统对微网的控制管理和优化运行具有十分重要的作用。通过合同网方法,对微网能量不同层次的协调控制机制进行研究,建立一种新型的基于多代理系统(multi-agent system,MAS)的集中与分布混合式微网能量管理系统;同时提出MAS下微网内Agent协作的多因子评价决策机制,从而构建了基于微网本地层发电单元自主控制与中央层多单元间主动能量协调控制相结合的微网系统能量协调控制框架。实验结果表明,利用所提控制系统,若干Agent参与的合同网方法和整个微网Agent参与的市场竞标方法可以实现微网能量不同层次的协调控制目标。

Energy management system for a microgrid plays an important role to ensure the stable and economic operation of the microgrid. This paper presents a novel multi-Agent based hybrid energy management system for microgrids (EMS-MG) with both centralized and distributed energy control by investigating the contract net protocol (CNP) based cooperative control mechanism at different layers. Besides, the multi-factor evaluation decision-making mechanism is also proposed, thus realizing a three-level hierarchical coordinated energy management framework of the microgrid by combining autonomous control of DERs at local level and active coordinated energy control at central level. The simulation results show that the proposed control system is an effective way to realize the different cooperative control objectives at different levels with the CNP of some Agents participating and market bidding method with all Agents involved.
