针对目前普遍存在的加速寿命试验可靠性统计模型的准确性问题,结合加速寿命试验的几个基本假设条件,利用某高分子电容湿敏传感器恒定双应力加速寿命试验数据对加速模型准确性进行了验证。结果表明该产品加速寿命试验满足基本假设条件,所做的加速寿命试验合理,为后续加速寿命试验的分析和评估奠定了基础。
針對目前普遍存在的加速壽命試驗可靠性統計模型的準確性問題,結閤加速壽命試驗的幾箇基本假設條件,利用某高分子電容濕敏傳感器恆定雙應力加速壽命試驗數據對加速模型準確性進行瞭驗證。結果錶明該產品加速壽命試驗滿足基本假設條件,所做的加速壽命試驗閤理,為後續加速壽命試驗的分析和評估奠定瞭基礎。

For the current widespread problem ofthe accuracy of the accelerated life test the reliability of the statistical model,combined with accelerated life testing of a few basic assumptions,the accuracy of acceleration model was verified by accelerated life testing data under con-stant double-stress on high polymer capacitive humidity sensors. The results showed that the product accelerated life testing met the basic as-sumptions,and accelerated life testing was reasonable,laid the foundation for the analysis and evaluation of subsequent accelerated life testing.
