高等职业院校开展高级工职业技能鉴定既是高等职业教育“双证书制度”和“高端技能型专门人才”培养的要求,也是推动地方高技能人才队伍建设和实现现代化指标体系的时代任务。为了有效开展高级工职业技能鉴定,沙洲职业工学院完善了职业技能鉴定制度与激励政策,组织专业教师参与了高级工考证项目的开发与考核标准的制定,修订人才培养方案,将高级工职业技能的培养融入整个教学过程中,同时加强了实训基地和考评员队伍建设。开展高级工职业技能鉴定提高了学生操作技能水平和就业竞争能力,促进了“双师型”教师队伍建设,但其局限性不可忽视,未来高等职业院校职业技能鉴定的发展方向值得思考。

To meet the demands of training ‘high skilled talents’ and implementing ‘double certificate system’ of the higher vocational education, and to promote the constructing of local high skilled talents staff and realizing the index system in modernization, the senior workers’ vocational skill authentication was implemented in higher vocational colleges. In the process of practicing the senior workers’ vocational skill authentication in Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology, vocational skill authentication system and encouraging policy were promoted. Professional teachers were organized to develop new senior workers’ vocational skill authentication projects and draw up the related assessment standard. As the modified talent training plan, the senior workers vocational skill training run through the whole teaching process. Construction of the training base and the appraisal examiners were also reinforced. Implementing senior workers vocational skill authentication can improve students' operating skills and employment competence, as well as the construction of double-qualities teaching staff. However, limitation of the senior workers’ vocational skill authentication in higher vocational colleges shouldn’t be ignored. The direction of developing the vocational skill authentication in higher vocational colleges warrants careful consideration.
