根据不锈钢叶轮铸件的结构,设计两种不同的浇注系统,并利用ProCAST对其进行数值模拟,预测铸造缺陷存在部位。然后,针对初步模拟结果,对优选工艺采取补加冒口和冷铁等措施,并在不同浇注温度下进行模拟分析,确定了叶轮铸件的铸造工艺。试生产结果表明,所生产叶轮铸件完全满足技术要求。

According to the structure of stainless steel impeller casting, two kinds of different pouring system have been designed, and the casting process numerical simulation have been conducted with ProCAST software in order to project the foundry defects. Then based on the preliminary simulated results and adopting some improving measures, such as adding a riser and chilling iron etc, the final casting technique of impeller has been determined after simulation analysis at different pouring temperature. The results of trial production has shown that the impeller casting completely has met the requirements of technology.
