In 2014, with the advancement of national new urbanization, the at ention degree of "reconstruct"has risen to national strategy level. This article bases on the actual project operation to explore traffic planning countermeasures in old city district so as to provide the theoretical foundation the tr-affic planning in the old city district under the opportunities of new urbanization.
