目前许多高校教学评价中存在着教学管理部门、教学督导员、教师同行、业内专家、教师主体、学生主体等主体缺失和评价偏差的情况。因此,该文在分析出现这些现象原因的基础上,提出了引导评价主体归位的四大建议:科学评价体系与合理评价指标与标准的构建;评教小组人员的遴选与前期培训;加强后期数据处理与分析;增强对评价过程与评价主体的监督和管理。

Nowadays there exist the situations of subject absent and assessment bias of instructional administrations, instructional supervisors, peers, industry experts, teachers themselves and students themselves in the classroom assessment of many colleges and universities which is caused by both objective reasons like busy working and subjective reasons of psychological, value judgment and attitudinal factors. Based on that this paper raised four main suggestions for guiding assessment subject homing which including establishing scientific assessment system and reasonable criteria, selecting assessment personnel carefully and making pre-training, enhancing post-processing and analysis of data, strengthening the supervision and management of assessment process and subjects.
