在高层建筑现浇钢筋混凝土结构施工中，模板是一种广泛使用的重要施工工具。本文笔者将结合具体的小高层工程实例，简要探讨模板施工的工艺要求以及施工要点，并对模板施工的质量控制措施进行了阐述，希望能对类似工程起到借鉴作用。

In the high-rise building cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure construction, template is a kind of important construction tools which has been widely used. Combining with specific smal high-rise engineering example, this article briefly discusses the process requirement and construction points of formwork construction, and hopes to provide certain reference for similar projects.
