With the improvement of science and technology level, the application of staggered floor residence form in Chinese high-rise residential buildings design construction is also gradually increasing. This article analyzes the characteri-stics of high-rise staggered floor shear wal structure and puts forward the design idea of the structure. And through an engineering example, the author verified and has a certain re-ference value.
