Civil engineering budget and cost control man-agement is the key to the smooth project. To strengthen the cost management of civil engineering not only contributes to the plans and designs of the overal project, but also makes the whole project cost estimation relative and accurate. This paper introduces the cost of implementation method and expounds the necessity of the cost management control in civil engin-eering.
