在城市化快速发展的背景下，小城镇旧城更新改造已是城市发展不容回避的问题。本文通过对凤岗镇“三旧”改造专项规划的分析，借鉴国内外相关经验，提出了具有鲜明特点的规划思路、模式及方案等，希望能对其他小城镇的城市化发展起到积极地推动作用。
在城市化快速髮展的揹景下，小城鎮舊城更新改造已是城市髮展不容迴避的問題。本文通過對鳳崗鎮“三舊”改造專項規劃的分析，藉鑒國內外相關經驗，提齣瞭具有鮮明特點的規劃思路、模式及方案等，希望能對其他小城鎮的城市化髮展起到積極地推動作用。
재성시화쾌속발전적배경하，소성진구성경신개조이시성시발전불용회피적문제。본문통과대봉강진“삼구”개조전항규화적분석，차감국내외상관경험，제출료구유선명특점적규화사로、모식급방안등，희망능대기타소성진적성시화발전기도적겁지추동작용。
Under the background of rapid urbanization, the old city renewal and reconstruction of smal towns has been an unavoidable problem in urban development. By analyzing special planning of "three old" transformation of FengGang town, based on the relevant experience at home and abroad for reference, the planning ideas, pat erns and solutions and etc. which have distinctive features are put forward in this article, hoping to play a positive role in promoting urbanization development in other smal cities and towns.
