目的：探讨数字断层融合技术（DTS）在泌尿系结石诊断中的应用价值。方法收集泌尿系结石患者28例，均行常规腹部数字X线摄影技术（DR）平片及DTS检查，比较两种方法的图像质量。结果 DR片的优秀率为53.6%（15/28），3例为差片；DTS摄片优秀率为89.2%（25/28），无差片，二者优秀率比较差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 DTS可明显改善泌尿系结石图像质量，提高结石的显示率，且价格低廉，辐射量低。
목적：탐토수자단층융합기술（DTS）재비뇨계결석진단중적응용개치。방법수집비뇨계결석환자28례，균행상규복부수자X선섭영기술（DR）평편급DTS검사，비교량충방법적도상질량。결과 DR편적우수솔위53.6%（15/28），3례위차편；DTS섭편우수솔위89.2%（25/28），무차편，이자우수솔비교차이유현저통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론 DTS가명현개선비뇨계결석도상질량，제고결석적현시솔，차개격저렴，복사량저。
Objective To evaluate the value of digital convergence technologies tomography (DTS) in the diagnosis of urinary stones. Methods 28 patients with urinary stones, underwent routine abdominal plain film and DTS checked DR image quality comparison of the two methods. Results DR piece of excellent results was 53.6%(15/28), three cases of poor piece; DTS radiography outstanding was 89.2% (25/28), no difference between the films, for excellent rates between paired χ2 test , P<0.01, there is statistically significant. Conclusions digital convergence technologies fault (DTS) can significantly improve the image quality of urinary stones, stones improve the display rate, and low prices, low radiation.
