20世纪70年代末发展起来的自我效能理论,强调人的内在因素对其思想和行为的调节作用。自我效能视角下大学生自主学习能力的培养,主要考虑内在因素对大学生自主学习的影响。为提高大学生自主学习的能力,可为他们提供更多有关学习的自我效能信息,引导他们整合这些自我效能信息,对学习结果形成合理归因。

Self-efficacy Theory was developed in the late 1970s, which believes that self-efficacy could change and control one's thought and actions. In the same way, self-efficacy plays a strong impact on self-regulated learning (SRL) of college students. Un-der the perspective of self-efficacy, SRL of college students could be improved by having more self-efficacy information, integrating these information and making better explanatory attributions to their learning.
