目的：分析医院门诊抗菌药物的使用情况，合理使用抗菌药物。方法随机抽取医院门诊2013年4~9月的处方共计7614份，对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果门诊处方中使用抗菌药物处方数为3318份，占43.6%，抗菌药物单联处方占93.2%，两联应用的处方占6.8%，其中不合理处方占3.3%。其中口服用药占85%，注射用药占15%。结论医院门诊抗菌药物的使用存在不合理现象，应加强培训、宣传与管理，提高合理使用抗菌药物的水平。

목적：분석의원문진항균약물적사용정황，합리사용항균약물。방법수궤추취의원문진2013년4~9월적처방공계7614빈，대항균약물적사용정황진행통계분석。결과문진처방중사용항균약물처방수위3318빈，점43.6%，항균약물단련처방점93.2%，량련응용적처방점6.8%，기중불합리처방점3.3%。기중구복용약점85%，주사용약점15%。결론의원문진항균약물적사용존재불합리현상，응가강배훈、선전여관리，제고합리사용항균약물적수평。
Objective To analyze the use of antibiotics in the outpatient department of our hospital,and promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs. Methods From 2013 April to September,a total of 7614 outpatient prescriptions were ran-domly selected in our hospital,and the use of antimicrobial drugs of which were statistically analyzed. Results The antibiotics prescription number is 3318 in outpatient prescriptions,accounting for 43. 6% ,including single antimicrobial prescription (93. 2% ),two kinds of combined use of antimicrobial prescription(6. 8% ),the unreasonable prescription(3. 3% ). And oral antimicrobial use rate is 85% ,antimicrobial drug injection using rate is 15% . Conclusion There are unreasonable phenome-non in the outpatient department of our hospital about the drug applications. We should strengthen the training,publicity and management,in order to improve the level of rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
