In this article, we discussed how to correctly under-stand the problems and their causes in the archives management of restructuring bankrupt units, and proposed solutions from sev-eral aspects such as perfecting the system, making the responsi-bility clear;relying on the laws and regulations, strengthening the management;ensuring cost, keeping the staff stable, and so on.
