本文以三种不同类型的杂志作为语料，对其语篇中语码转换的类型和分布频率进行统计，随后以于国栋语码转换的顺应性模式为理论指导对语码转换的成因进行分析。统计分析显示，科技类和时尚类杂志中语码转换出现次数较多，且多以句内转换为主；杂志中语码转换是作者为顺应语言现实，社会规约和心理动机而采取的交际策略。

With Yu Guodong's Adaptation Model as the theoreti-cal framework, this paper analyzes the patterns of code-switch-ing, its distribution and function in three different types of maga-zines. Through the analysis, it's found that there are more code-switching in technological and fashion magazines than in news magazines, the majority of which is intrasentential switch-ing. What's more, code-switching must adapt to the following el-ements:the linguistic reality, the social conventions and the psy-chological motivations.
