目的：完善和提高创伤院前急救的医疗水平。方法到达现场后迅速评估病情，应本着先救命、后治伤的原则。尽早发现致命伤并尽早采取有效处置措施，及时实施心肺复苏、止血、包扎，固定等处理，对危及患者生命的紧急情况进行迅速有效地处理，并迅速转运。结果通过有效的创伤院前急救，完善和提高创伤院前急救的医疗水平，可确保抢救工作急而有序，行之有效，为抢救患者生命赢得宝贵时间。结论院前急救是创伤救治的关键环节，充分认识创伤急救的重要性。科学规范的急救流程和娴熟的创伤急救水平是提高创伤急救成功率的保证。

Objective To improve and raise the level of trauma pre-hospital emergency medical treatment. Conclusion Pre-hospital ifrst aid is the key link of trauma care, fully aware of the importance of emergency trauma. Scientiifc and standardized emergency procedures and skilled trauma levels is to improve the trauma emergency guarantee of success.
