目的调查武警部队超重及肥胖状况,为部队卫生健康、膳食搭配、科学组训提供理论依据。方法采用人体测量技术对某武警机动部队测量身高、体质量、腰围、臀围,以腰臀围比(WHR)评估体脂分布情况,以体质量指数(BMI)评估超重情况。结果(1):该武警部队身高(1.71±0.06) m、体质量(66.08±6.49)kg、腰围(74.12±4.59)cm、臀围(92.88±4.72)cm、WHR(0.80±0.07)、BMI(22.56±1.86)。(2):该武警部队北方籍战士身高(1.72±0.06)m、体质量(66.44±6.87)kg、腰围(74.53±5.00)cm、臀围(92.88±5.24)cm、WHR(0.81±0.08)、BMI(22.48±1.97)kg/m 2;南方籍战士身高(1.70±0.05)m、体质量(65.42±5.69)kg、腰围(73.37±3.64)cm、臀围(92.89±3.60)cm、WHR(0.80±0.03)、BMI(22.70±1.65)kg/m 2。身高、腰围、WHR北方籍战士均高于南方籍战士,且均有显著差异性(P<0.05)。(3):该武警部队战士体质量指数介于正常范围的326人,占77.62%,超重85人,占20.24%,肥胖4人,占0.95%,偏瘦5人,占1.19%。(4):该武警部队超重、肥胖组腰围(78.35±4.85)cm,非超重组腰围(72.98±3.79)cm,超重、肥胖组大于非超重组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论该武警机动部队超重情况较为突出,应注意控制WHR,从而减少患病风险,对此应给予高度关注。

목적조사무경부대초중급비반상황,위부대위생건강、선식탑배、과학조훈제공이론의거。방법채용인체측량기술대모무경궤동부대측량신고、체질량、요위、둔위,이요둔위비(WHR)평고체지분포정황,이체질량지수(BMI)평고초중정황。결과(1):해무경부대신고(1.71±0.06) m、체질량(66.08±6.49)kg、요위(74.12±4.59)cm、둔위(92.88±4.72)cm、WHR(0.80±0.07)、BMI(22.56±1.86)。(2):해무경부대북방적전사신고(1.72±0.06)m、체질량(66.44±6.87)kg、요위(74.53±5.00)cm、둔위(92.88±5.24)cm、WHR(0.81±0.08)、BMI(22.48±1.97)kg/m 2;남방적전사신고(1.70±0.05)m、체질량(65.42±5.69)kg、요위(73.37±3.64)cm、둔위(92.89±3.60)cm、WHR(0.80±0.03)、BMI(22.70±1.65)kg/m 2。신고、요위、WHR북방적전사균고우남방적전사,차균유현저차이성(P<0.05)。(3):해무경부대전사체질량지수개우정상범위적326인,점77.62%,초중85인,점20.24%,비반4인,점0.95%,편수5인,점1.19%。(4):해무경부대초중、비반조요위(78.35±4.85)cm,비초중조요위(72.98±3.79)cm,초중、비반조대우비초중조,구유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론해무경궤동부대초중정황교위돌출,응주의공제WHR,종이감소환병풍험,대차응급여고도관주。
Objective To investigate the overweight and obesity in armed police forces,and to provide the theory basis of unit health care,dietary and scientific training systems for armed forces. Methods Using human body measurement technology to measure the height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference for an armed police tactical unit. By using WHR to evaluate the body fat distribution and by using BMI to evaluate the overweight situation. Results(1):The numerical investigation for the police force are as follows:height is (1.71±0.06)m, weight is (66.08±6.49)kg, waist circumference is (74.12±4.59)cm, hip circumference is (92.88±4.72)cm,WHR is (0.80±0.07), BMI is (22.56±1.86) kg/m 2.(2):The height of the north cadastral soldiers is (1.72±0.06)m, weight is (66.44±6.87)kg,waist circumference is (74.53±5.00)cm, hip circumference is (92.88±5.24)cm,WHR is(0.81±0.08), BMI is (22.48±1.97)kg/m 2;For the southern cadastral soldiers, the above values are respectively is(1.70±0.05) m,(65.42±5.69)kg,(73.37±3.64)cm,(92.89±3.60)cm,(0.80±0.03)and (22.70±1.65)kg/m 2.(3):For the armed police forces, between the normal range are 326 people (77.62%), overweight are 85 (20.24%), obesity are 4 (0.95%) and relatively thin are 5 (1.19%).(4):The armed police forces, overweight and obesity group waist circumference is (78.35±4.85)cm, not overweight waist circumference is (72.98±3.79)cm, overweight and obese groups than not overweight, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For this armed police tactical unit, the overweight in serious condition. It should be paid to control WHR and reduce the risk of disease, it should be given high attention.
