本文以《哈姆雷特》为例，拟从译文的通达，译文的音韵美、和再现原作神韵三个层面对莎剧译者的“创造性叛逆”逐个展开探析，借以指出在文学翻译中译者只有发挥自己的想象力和创造，才能准确析出原作的深层含义，进而再现原作的艺术魅力。

Through making a case study of Hamlet, the paper aims to make an analysis of the“creative treason” of Shakespeare's dramas based on the following regards, the translation's expressiveness, rhythmic beauty, and reproduction of the aura of the source text, and thereby to conclude that in literary translation only by giving play to the creativity and imagination can the translators get the deep connotation and thereby reproduce the artistic charm the source text.
