目的：比较分析悬吊式腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年1月-2013年6月行悬吊式腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者56例作为观察组，同期行开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术患者48例作为对照组，比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后体温恢复正常时间、术后排气时间、术后疼痛情况、住院时间及住院费用等。结果与对照组比较，观察组手术时间明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组术中出血量比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组术后体温恢复正常时间、术后排气时间及住院时间明显缩短，住院费用明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论悬吊式腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剥除术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短的优点，但住院费用相对较高，可根据患者具体情况选择应用。
목적：비교분석현조식복강경여개복자궁기류박제술적림상효과。방법선택아원2012년1월-2013년6월행현조식복강경자궁기류박제술환자56례작위관찰조，동기행개복자궁기류박제술환자48례작위대조조，비교2조수술시간、술중출혈량、술후체온회복정상시간、술후배기시간、술후동통정황、주원시간급주원비용등。결과여대조조비교，관찰조수술시간명현증고，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；2조술중출혈량비교，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；관찰조술후체온회복정상시간、술후배기시간급주원시간명현축단，주원비용명현증고，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론현조식복강경하행자궁기류박제술구유창상소、회복쾌、주원시간단적우점，단주원비용상대교고，가근거환자구체정황선택응용。
Objective To compare the suspended laparoscopic and open resection of uterine fibroids clinical effect of stripping. Methods 56 cases of suspended laparoscopic myomectomy patients were selected as the observation group, 48 cases underwent laparoscopic myomectomy patients were selected as control group. Compared two groups of operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative body temperature recovery time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative pain, hospital stay and cost of hospitalization. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group operation time was increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding between the two groups (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the temperature recovery time, postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group shortened, the cost of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly increased,there was significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of a suspended laparoscopic myomectomy with less trauma,quicker recovery, shorter hospitalization time, but medical costs are relatively high, select the application according to the specific circumstances of patients.
