目的：探讨利普刀在人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）阳性宫颈病变中的治疗效果。方法将122例宫颈病变患者随机分为利普刀组和微波组，观察2组临床治疗情况。结果利普刀和微波相比较，手术时间、治疗效果无明显差异（P>0.05）；微波治疗在出血量、术后出血时间以及术后排液时间方面优于LEEP刀（P<0.01）；但是LEEP刀在治疗HPV感染方面明显优于微波治疗，HPV转阴率80.6%、复发率6.5%，均明显优于微波治疗（P<0.01）。结论利普刀治疗宫颈疾病，手术操作简单、微创，疗效可靠，HPV转阴率高、复发率低，值得临床进一步研究推广。
목적：탐토리보도재인유두상류병독（HPV）양성궁경병변중적치료효과。방법장122례궁경병변환자수궤분위리보도조화미파조，관찰2조림상치료정황。결과리보도화미파상비교，수술시간、치료효과무명현차이（P>0.05）；미파치료재출혈량、술후출혈시간이급술후배액시간방면우우LEEP도（P<0.01）；단시LEEP도재치료HPV감염방면명현우우미파치료，HPV전음솔80.6%、복발솔6.5%，균명현우우미파치료（P<0.01）。결론리보도치료궁경질병，수술조작간단、미창，료효가고，HPV전음솔고、복발솔저，치득림상진일보연구추엄。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of LEEP in HPV positive cervical lesions. Methods 122 cases of cervical lesions were randomly divided into LEEP group and treatment effect were observed. Results The treatment effect and operation time between two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), But in the aspects of the amount of bleeding, postoperative bleeding time and postoperative drainage time, microwave group was better than that of LEEP(P<0.001), however, in the treatment of HPV infection and recurrence, LEEP knife were significantly better than microwave group with 80.6% HPV negative conversion rate and 6.5%recurrence rate (P<0.01). Conclusion Using LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical disease, the operation is simple with minimally invasive, reliable curative effect, high HPV negative rate and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of further clinical study.
