目的：评价微柱凝胶法检测新生儿溶血病的效果。方法采用经典抗人球蛋白法与微柱凝胶法对120例母婴ABO血型不合引起的新生儿溶血病患儿血清标本，进行检测与对比。结果三项检测中经典抗人球蛋白试验法检出阳性数分别为12，15，89，微柱凝胶试验法检出阳性数分别为12，15，89（其中游离试验8例、释放试验7例均为弱阳性，结果模棱两可）。结论经典抗人球蛋白试验在新生儿溶血、检测中稳定可靠，微柱凝胶试验法在新生儿溶血检测中可出现模棱两可、不稳定的结果。
목적：평개미주응효법검측신생인용혈병적효과。방법채용경전항인구단백법여미주응효법대120례모영ABO혈형불합인기적신생인용혈병환인혈청표본，진행검측여대비。결과삼항검측중경전항인구단백시험법검출양성수분별위12，15，89，미주응효시험법검출양성수분별위12，15，89（기중유리시험8례、석방시험7례균위약양성，결과모릉량가）。결론경전항인구단백시험재신생인용혈、검측중은정가고，미주응효시험법재신생인용혈검측중가출현모릉량가、불은정적결과。
Objective Explore the effect of microcloumn gel method in detection of hemolytic disease of newborns. Method detect the serum sammples of 120 cases from the children with hemolytic desease of newborns caused by mother-to-child ABO blood type incompatibility with traditional tube method and microcolumn gel method. And comparison the effects of the two methods. Result The positive rate detected by microcloumn gel method is agreed with the traditional tube method. Conclusion The microclumn gel is equally effective with the tube method in the detection of hemolytic disease of newborns.
