目的:探讨细菌性感染患儿外周血C-反应蛋白(CRP)与血常规变化规律及诊断意义。方法收集细菌性感染患儿68例,同期同年龄健康体检儿童30例作为健康对照,检测并比较2组CRP含量及白细胞(WBC)计数。结果细菌性感染患儿外周血CRP和WBC数目比健康对照组高。在细菌性感染患儿中,CRP检测敏感性为84.0%,特异性为82.2%,阳性检出率为83.82%;WBC敏感性为61.4%,特异性为78.3%,阳性检出率为77.94%;CRP与WBC联合检测的敏感性为95.1%,特异性为66.8%,阳性检出率为89.70%。结论细菌性感染患儿外周血中CRP与WBC反应灵敏,将其联合应用于小儿细菌性感染疾病有助于提高诊断符合率。

목적:탐토세균성감염환인외주혈C-반응단백(CRP)여혈상규변화규률급진단의의。방법수집세균성감염환인68례,동기동년령건강체검인동30례작위건강대조,검측병비교2조CRP함량급백세포(WBC)계수。결과세균성감염환인외주혈CRP화WBC수목비건강대조조고。재세균성감염환인중,CRP검측민감성위84.0%,특이성위82.2%,양성검출솔위83.82%;WBC민감성위61.4%,특이성위78.3%,양성검출솔위77.94%;CRP여WBC연합검측적민감성위95.1%,특이성위66.8%,양성검출솔위89.70%。결론세균성감염환인외주혈중CRP여WBC반응령민,장기연합응용우소인세균성감염질병유조우제고진단부합솔。
Objective To investigate the bacterial infection serum C-reactive protein and blood variation and diagnostic significance. Methods 68 cases of bacterial infections in children, the same age with the same period 30 cases of healthy children as healthy controls, and to compare each group to detect C-reactive protein (CRP) levels and white blood cell (WBC) count. Results CRP and the number of white blood cells in children with bacterial infections were higher than healthy controls;CRP and WBC results in children with bacterial infection correlated;CRP sensitivity of detection of bacterial infections was 84.0%, specificity 82.2%, positive the detection rate was 83.82%, WBC sensitivity 61.4%, specificity 78.3%, positive rate 77.94%; CRP and WBC combined with the detection sensitivity 95.1%, specificity 66.8%, positive detection rate of 89.70%. Conclusion CRP and WBC were sensitive in children with bacterial infections, joint inspection applied to bacterial infections in children helps to improve diagnostic accuracy.
