为改善水库防淤营运功能,以加速水库治理及维持水库营运寿命,将台湾南部之曾文水库永久河道放水道控制闸门由何本阀(Howell-Bunger valve)更换为射流闸门,除新设3条隧道分别提供施工维护及通气需求外,配合射流闸门闸室空间需求,将原何本阀闸室往上方扩建,并设置双轨电动吊车,解决何本阀因排砂磨损与空气量不足及后续设备维修更新运输等问题,于台洪期间优先开启射流闸门之设施,排除异重流或浑水潭高浓度泥砂,减少水库淤积与提高水库排砂效益,以提升水库营运操作之安全。
為改善水庫防淤營運功能,以加速水庫治理及維持水庫營運壽命,將檯灣南部之曾文水庫永久河道放水道控製閘門由何本閥(Howell-Bunger valve)更換為射流閘門,除新設3條隧道分彆提供施工維護及通氣需求外,配閤射流閘門閘室空間需求,將原何本閥閘室往上方擴建,併設置雙軌電動弔車,解決何本閥因排砂磨損與空氣量不足及後續設備維脩更新運輸等問題,于檯洪期間優先開啟射流閘門之設施,排除異重流或渾水潭高濃度泥砂,減少水庫淤積與提高水庫排砂效益,以提升水庫營運操作之安全。

For improving reservoir desilting operating functions to accelerate reservoir management and the maintained reservoir operating life,so that using jet flow gate to replace existing Howell-Bunger valve in Tsengwen Reservoir Perma-nent River Outlet (T.R.P.R.O.)at southern of Taiwan.Except building three new article tunnels respectively pro-vides construction maintenance and the ventilation needs outside,tie Jet gate room space needs,the original valve gate room will expansion upwards,and set double-track wire rope hoists to settlement what Howell-Bunger valve due to row sand wear and air volume insufficient,and the follow-up equipment maintenance update and transport problem.To en-hance reservoir operation safety,it will priority open jet flow gate facility during typhoon and flood period,excluding density current or muddy lake high concentrations of silt and reduce siltation and improve the efficiency of reservoir desil-ting.
