本工程新建潜盾隧道将与捷运既有车站横向交会,2条捷运线交会处将新设立一座捷运车站,并与既有车站连通并于站内进行直接转乘。新设车站地下连续壁已经完成,且紧邻既有车站,而新建的潜盾隧道将横向穿越既有车站下方,并与新设车站衔接。为降低潜盾隧道施工对既有结构物的影响,于隧道掘进前在既有车站附近进行一系列水平及垂直地盘灌浆改良。本分析采用三维数值工具进行分析评估,以预测地改灌浆过程中以及隧道掘进对既有结构物可能的影响,分析结果显示隧道掘进发生的结构变形量均在安全标准范围内。

The route of new shield tunnel project will pass through the existing MRT station.Then,a new MRT station will be constructed at the intersection of two MRT lines.Moreover,the direct transfer service will be provided between the existing station and the new station.The underground diaphragm wall of new station has been completed adjacent to the ex-isting station.Afterward,the shield tunnel will transversely drive through the existing station and connect with the new sta-tion.In order to mitigate the influence on the existing structures,a series of horizontal and vertical ground grouting treat-ments will be executed underneath the existing station before the launching of TBM.In this research,the 3D numerical software was utilized to analyze and evaluate the influence of tunnel excavation and grouting on the existing structures.The results revealed that the displacements of structures were satisfied to safety standards during the tunnel boring.
