“医教结合”,作为一种理念与思想,在中国的文化长河中源远流长。从哲学、神经科学、医学、心理学、社会学、教育学等跨学科的角度来解读“医教结合”的理念,进一步揭示高科技与人文精神相结合是当代教育的发展趋势,“医教结合”是当代特殊教育发展的必由之路。实现特殊教育的“医教结合”是牵一发而动全身的系统工程,期待医学、教育和相关学科的深度改革和良性互动。特殊教育的“医教结合”不是生物医学观和行为训练特教观的简单组合,而是循证教育观与社会医学观的深度结合。一方面,特殊教育的“医教结合”要通过预防医学、康复医学和社会医学的模式来预防残疾儿童的出生,不错过早期干预和康复的最佳时机,更多地采用实证的方法、通过深层分析来揭示特殊儿童身心发展、大脑活动和特殊教育的内在规律,为特殊儿童的评估与鉴定、干预、康复、教育提供了科学依据;另一方面,承认受教育者个体的身心差异,尊重多元文化,排除过多教育功利主义的影响,将外力驱动的行为训练内化成自主的人格训练,强调人的发展需要“生物遗传”与“文化传承”之间的因势利导和相辅相成。

The idea of health and education partnership has enjoyed a long history in the river of Chinese culture. To interpret the concept of health and education partnership from the interdisciplinary perspectives of philosophy, neuroscience, psychology, medicine, sociology and pedagogy helps to reveal that the combination of high technology and humanity spirit is the development trend of contemporary education, and health and education partnership is the favorable route for development of modern special education. Health and education partnership is a systematic project which allows the deep reform and positive interaction among medicine, education and related disciplines. Health and education partnership in special education may not be the simple combina tion of biomedical view and behavior training concept, but the deep combination of evidence-based education view and social medicine concept. On one hand, with the help of preventive medicine, rehabilitation medicine and social medicine, the birth of disabled infants may be prevented, the timing of early intervention and rehabilitation may be grasped, and the inherent law of physical and mental development, brain activity and special education may be revealed through in-depth analysis with empirical methods, which may provide a scientific basis for the identification, evaluation and intervention for special children. On the other hand, health and education partnership recognizes individual differences, respects cultural diversity, removes education utilitarian, transforms force-driven behavior training into independent personality training, and emphasizes the interaction between biological genetics and cultural heritage.
