目的：探讨胃手术后输出袢肠套叠的发病机制、诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析15例胃手术后发生输出袢肠套叠患者的临床表现、类型、诊断和治疗方法。结果11例为空肠-空肠套叠，4例为空肠-胃套叠，引起套叠的原因目前还不是特别明确。15例患者均行手术治疗，术后均康复出院。结论胃手术后输出袢肠套叠多无器质性病变，其发生由多个因素共同作用所致，容易误诊，诊断主要依据临床表现和辅助检查，治疗以手术为主。
목적：탐토위수술후수출번장투첩적발병궤제、진단화치료。방법회고성분석15례위수술후발생수출번장투첩환자적림상표현、류형、진단화치료방법。결과11례위공장-공장투첩，4례위공장-위투첩，인기투첩적원인목전환불시특별명학。15례환자균행수술치료，술후균강복출원。결론위수술후수출번장투첩다무기질성병변，기발생유다개인소공동작용소치，용역오진，진단주요의거림상표현화보조검사，치료이수술위주。
Objective To explore the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of the efferent loop intussusception after gastrojejunostomy. Methods The clinical manifestation,type and treatment of 15 patients with efferent loop intussusception after gastrojejunostomy were retrospectively reviewed. Results Eleven patients suffered from jejunum into jejunum after gastrojejunostomy and four patients did from jejunum into stomach after gastrojejunostomy.The cause on intussusception after gastrojejunostomy is not clear now. Fifteen patients with efferent loop intussusception after gastrojejunostomy underwent surgery and all the patients recovered. Conclusions Most patients with efferent loop intussusception after gastrojejunostomy did not have pathological factors and the occurrence of this disease rely on multiple factors and to be easily misdiagnosed. The diagnosis depends mainly on clinical manifestations and experimental examinations and operation is the ifrst choice of the treatment for the patients with efferent loop intussusception after gastrojejunostomy.
