目的：探讨结直肠肿瘤经腹腔镜联合手术的可行性及优越性。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2011年12月施行的18例腹腔镜结直肠手术中合并其他腹部疾病患者的临床资料，包括手术适应证、手术方式、手术后并发症等。结果8例手术均获成功，无手术中和手术后并发症发生及中转开腹，术后恢复顺利，疗效满意。结论腹腔镜下联合手术是一种安全、有效和经济的措施，值得临床推广应用和普及。
목적：탐토결직장종류경복강경연합수술적가행성급우월성。방법회고성분석2005년1월지2011년12월시행적18례복강경결직장수술중합병기타복부질병환자적림상자료，포괄수술괄응증、수술방식、수술후병발증등。결과8례수술균획성공，무수술중화수술후병발증발생급중전개복，술후회복순리，료효만의。결론복강경하연합수술시일충안전、유효화경제적조시，치득림상추엄응용화보급。
Abstact:Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of combined laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of the patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 18 patients with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation combined with other operation for other abdominal diseases from January 2005 to December 2011.The clinical data of these patients was analyzed including the operative indications, the operative types and the postoperative complications. Results 18 patients with colorectal cancer were performed successfully. Of all patients, no one was convered to laparotomy and there was no any postoperative complications. Cnoclusions Combined laparoscopic surgery is a kind of safe, effective and economic measures for the treatment of the patients with colorectal cancer and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
