目的:观察丙泊酚-异氟烷静脉注射-吸入复合麻醉(静吸复合麻醉)和速眠新Ⅱ肌肉注射麻醉(肌注麻醉)对比格犬胃腧穴区真皮层微血管舒缩活动的影响。方法:6-12月龄比格犬10只,分为静吸复合麻醉组和肌注麻醉组,每组5只,以胃腧穴为监测穴位,分别于麻醉前和麻醉后用激光多普勒血流仪测定两组比格犬真皮微血管舒缩活动波形图,计算、分析麻醉前后其频率和振幅的变化。结果:麻醉前,静吸复合麻醉组和肌注麻醉组比格犬胃腧穴区真皮微血管舒缩振幅分别为28.53±1.35和28.39±2.50PU,频率分别为11.69±0.64和11.91±0.63次/min;麻醉后,静吸复合麻醉组振幅为30.90±3.12PU,频率为26.68±0.46次/min;肌注麻醉组振幅为30.30±2.21 PU,频率为18.65±1.25次/min。麻醉后,两组比格犬胃腧穴区真皮微血管舒缩振幅与麻醉前比较,以及麻醉后两组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组频率与麻醉前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组麻醉后频率差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:丙泊酚-异氟烷静脉注射-雾化吸入复合麻醉和速眠新Ⅱ肌注麻醉均能显著提高比格犬胃腧穴区微血管舒缩频率,且前者作用强于后者。

목적:관찰병박분-이불완정맥주사-흡입복합마취(정흡복합마취)화속면신Ⅱ기육주사마취(기주마취)대비격견위수혈구진피층미혈관서축활동적영향。방법:6-12월령비격견10지,분위정흡복합마취조화기주마취조,매조5지,이위수혈위감측혈위,분별우마취전화마취후용격광다보륵혈류의측정량조비격견진피미혈관서축활동파형도,계산、분석마취전후기빈솔화진폭적변화。결과:마취전,정흡복합마취조화기주마취조비격견위수혈구진피미혈관서축진폭분별위28.53±1.35화28.39±2.50PU,빈솔분별위11.69±0.64화11.91±0.63차/min;마취후,정흡복합마취조진폭위30.90±3.12PU,빈솔위26.68±0.46차/min;기주마취조진폭위30.30±2.21 PU,빈솔위18.65±1.25차/min。마취후,량조비격견위수혈구진피미혈관서축진폭여마취전비교,이급마취후량조간비교,차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05);량조빈솔여마취전비교,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01),량조마취후빈솔차이역유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:병박분-이불완정맥주사-무화흡입복합마취화속면신Ⅱ기주마취균능현저제고비격견위수혈구미혈관서축빈솔,차전자작용강우후자。
Objective:To observe effects of anesthesia with propofol-isoflurane by intravenous injection and inhalation or with Su-Mian-Xin by intramuscular inj ection on dermal microvascular vasomotion at acupoints of beagles.Method:Ten beagles of 6-12 month old were divided into two groups,combined intravenous inhalational anesthesia(CII) group and intramuscular anesthesia(IA)group.By using laser doppler flowmetry,the dermal microvascular vaso-motion at Weishu acupoint was detected before and during anesthesia as above two methods.Then,the spectral am-plitude and frequency were caluculated and analyzed.Results:Before anesthesia,the amplitudes of the dermal micro-vascular vasomotion at acupoints of beagles in CII and IA groups were 28.53±1.35 and 28.39±2.50PU,respective-ly,and the frequency were 11.69±0.64 and 11.91±0.63 times per minute respectively.During anesthesia,the amplitude and frequency of CII group were 30.90±3.12 PU and 26.68±0.46 times per minute respectively,and those of IA group were 30.30±2.21 PU and 18.65±1.25 times per minute respectively.The analysis of patred sample t-test showed that between befroe and during both anesthesia the difference in the amplitude was not statistically significant (P>0.05),and that in the frequency was statistically significant (P<0.01).And the difference in the frequency during anesthesia of both groups was also statistically significant (P<0.01)by analysis of variance.Con-clusion:Anesthesia with propofol-isoflurane by intravenous inj ection and inhalation or with Su-Mian-Xin by intra-muscular inj ection could significantly increase the frequency of dermal microvascular vasomotion at Weishu acupoint of beagles,and the former had greater effect than the latter.Anesthesia with Su-Mian-Xin by intramuscular inj ec-tion may be more suitable for the study on properties of dermal microvascular vasomotion at acupoints.
