目的：探讨同一种针灸疗法在脑出血和脑梗死中的治疗作用。方法通过观察运用头体针配穴法治疗辨证为“气虚血瘀”证的脑出血及脑梗死患者各60例，统计治疗前后神经功能缺损程度症状体征评分的变化及有效率。结果头体针配穴法（治疗组）和甘露醇组（对照组）皆较有高的有效率，二者总有效率差异有显著性（P <0.01），治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论基于“异病同治”理论，脑梗死和脑出血气虚血瘀证的治疗采用头体针配穴法，遵循了中医辨证思想中“证同治亦同”的方法，取得了显著的临床疗效。
목적：탐토동일충침구요법재뇌출혈화뇌경사중적치료작용。방법통과관찰운용두체침배혈법치료변증위“기허혈어”증적뇌출혈급뇌경사환자각60례，통계치료전후신경공능결손정도증상체정평분적변화급유효솔。결과두체침배혈법（치료조）화감로순조（대조조）개교유고적유효솔，이자총유효솔차이유현저성（P <0.01），치료조림상료효우우대조조。결론기우“이병동치”이론，뇌경사화뇌출혈기허혈어증적치료채용두체침배혈법，준순료중의변증사상중“증동치역동”적방법，취득료현저적림상료효。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of the same kind of acupuncture in cerebral hemorrhage andcerebral infarction in the.Methods the observation of the treatment of head and body acupuncture points of differentiation of "blood stasis" certifi cate of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction 60 cases, changes in the degree of neural function defect symptom score statistics before and after treatment with efficiency.Results the scalp and body acupuncture point combination (treatment group) and mannitol group (control group) is a high efficiency,two total efficiency had significant difference (P <0.01), the clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion on the basis of "treating different diseases with the same method" theory, treatment of qi defi ciency and blood stasis syndrome of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage with acupuncture combined with head and body points, followed the TCM thought "the sam e syndrome Tongzhi" approach, has achieved remarkable clinical curative effect.
