为探究早籼稻珍汕97 B改良新不育系的配合力和稻米品质,以珍汕97 A为对照,利用珍汕97 B改良的6个不育系,与7个早杂恢复系按照NCⅡ遗传设计配制成49个杂交组合。结果表明,新改良不育系及其配制组合的产量和品质性状配合力比珍汕97 A有明显改善。其中,不育系珍品A分别在产量、总粒数和结实粒数上一般配合力效应最好,品质性状较好,在育种上有较好的利用价值。
為探究早秈稻珍汕97 B改良新不育繫的配閤力和稻米品質,以珍汕97 A為對照,利用珍汕97 B改良的6箇不育繫,與7箇早雜恢複繫按照NCⅡ遺傳設計配製成49箇雜交組閤。結果錶明,新改良不育繫及其配製組閤的產量和品質性狀配閤力比珍汕97 A有明顯改善。其中,不育繫珍品A分彆在產量、總粒數和結實粒數上一般配閤力效應最好,品質性狀較好,在育種上有較好的利用價值。
위탐구조선도진산97 B개량신불육계적배합력화도미품질,이진산97 A위대조,이용진산97 B개량적6개불육계,여7개조잡회복계안조NCⅡ유전설계배제성49개잡교조합。결과표명,신개량불육계급기배제조합적산량화품질성상배합력비진산97 A유명현개선。기중,불육계진품A분별재산량、총립수화결실립수상일반배합력효응최호,품질성상교호,재육충상유교호적이용개치。
In order to explore the combining ability and quality of the newly developed cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) lines from Zhenshan 97B in indica rice (Oryza sativa L.), 49 crosses were made according to NC Ⅱgenetic design by using the six newly developed CMS lines ( with Zhenshan 97A as reference ) as female parents and seven early-maturity restorer lines as male parents .The results showed that the combining ability of yield and quality of the newly developed CMS lines was improved significantly compared with Zhenshan 97A.Among the CMS lines, Zhenpin A had the highest general combining ability ( GCA) of yield, spikelets per panicle and filled grains per panicle, possessed pretty good quality , and showed high rice breeding value .
