目的:分析糖尿病伴牙周炎的老年患者牙周炎症程度与糖尿病糖脂代谢紊乱之间的相关性。方法:151例糖尿病伴牙周炎患者,根据牙周炎症程度分为轻度和中重度牙周炎组,采用Logistic二元回归进行多因素分析患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量与牙周炎症程度的相关性。结果:血液中高含量的空腹血糖 OR=3.344(1.015-11.024)、糖化血红蛋白 OR=2.948(1.049-8.288)、甘油三酯OR=2.829(1.074-7.453)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇OR=1.656(1.017-2.696)是构成老年糖尿病伴牙周炎患者病变加重的危险因素。结论:老年人糖尿病糖脂代谢紊乱与牙周炎炎症程度有明显相关性。

Objective:To explore the relationship between inflammatory level of periodontitis as well as disorders of glu-cose and lipid metabolism of diabetes in the aged population with diabetes and periodontitis. Methods: 151 diabetes pa-tients with periodontitiswere divided into two groups accroding to inflammatory level of periodontitis to analyze the correla-tion between inflammatory level of periodontitis and the content of fasting serum glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesferol, low density lipoprotein cholestorolin in blood by Binary Logistic regres-sion analysis. Result: High content of fasting serum glucose OR=3.344 (1.015-11.024), glycosylated hemoglobin OR=2.948 (1.049-8.288), triglyceride OR=2.829 (1.074-7.453)and low density lipoprotein cholestorolin OR=1.656 (1.017-2.696) in blood were risk factors of aggravate inflammatory level of periodontitis with diabetes. Conclusion: The disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism of diabetes have obvious correlation with periodontal inflammatory level in the aged diabetes population with periodontitis.
