目的:探讨生物相容性较好的脱矿牙本质基质材料对大鼠颅骨缺损的修复效果。方法:①拔除健康大鼠上下前牙,脱矿,脱脂,粉碎后提取脱矿牙本质基质粉末,后与熟石膏以重量2:1比例混合。②大鼠头盖骨正中建立直径约8mm的圆形骨缺损,实验组:在缺损区植入脱矿牙本质基质粉末与熟石膏复合物,用生理盐水调和。对照组:无修复治疗。术后4周和8周分组处死取标本,进行大体标本, X线和组织学HE染色光镜下观察。结果:脱矿牙本质基质粉末与熟石膏具有良好的组织相容性和骨引导性,并与新骨紧密结合,熟石膏可以较好的抑制脱矿牙本质基质牙粉末颗粒离散。结论:脱矿牙本质基质粉末与熟石膏复合骨材料对大鼠颅骨缺损有良好的修复作用,可促进新骨形成,缩短骨缺损修复时间。

목적:탐토생물상용성교호적탈광아본질기질재료대대서로골결손적수복효과。방법:①발제건강대서상하전아,탈광,탈지,분쇄후제취탈광아본질기질분말,후여숙석고이중량2:1비례혼합。②대서두개골정중건립직경약8mm적원형골결손,실험조:재결손구식입탈광아본질기질분말여숙석고복합물,용생리염수조화。대조조:무수복치료。술후4주화8주분조처사취표본,진행대체표본, X선화조직학HE염색광경하관찰。결과:탈광아본질기질분말여숙석고구유량호적조직상용성화골인도성,병여신골긴밀결합,숙석고가이교호적억제탈광아본질기질아분말과립리산。결론:탈광아본질기질분말여숙석고복합골재료대대서로골결손유량호적수복작용,가촉진신골형성,축단골결손수복시간。
Objective: To analyze the effect of autologous particulate dentin plaster of paris complex in the repair of rat skull defects. Material and Methods: To produce the autologous particulate dentin, the teeth were extracted from 2 Sprague-Dawley rats (SD), and demineralized, derosionated, smashed into pieces, and then mixed with Ca [SO4]-0.5H2O using a 2:1 ratio. Calvarial bone defects (Φ8mmm) in rats were filled with the autologous particular dentin and plaster of paris complexes dissolved in the physiological saline harmonic in experiment group, compared with blank control. Skull samples were taken for hematoxylin-eosin and Masson staining at 2, 4, and 8 weeks after surgeries. Results: Autologous particulate dentin and plaster of paris complex bone showed a good histocompatibility osteoconductivity, and the good ability to combine closely with new bone, restrain the move of dentin particles, and thus its operational property was improved. Conclusion: Autologous particulate dentin and plaster of paris complex bone is an alternative bone substitute, which has a good histocompatibility and an excellent processability.
