某电站的转子支架尺寸较小,采用铸造方式生产。其筋板交错排布显现放射性结构,给铸件凝固过程的补缩带来了困难,使铸件在筋板交叉处容易出现缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,以至于铸件不能达到使用要求。通过工艺分析、优化设计,使铸件缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷消除,从而生产出合格的铸件。
某電站的轉子支架呎吋較小,採用鑄造方式生產。其觔闆交錯排佈顯現放射性結構,給鑄件凝固過程的補縮帶來瞭睏難,使鑄件在觔闆交扠處容易齣現縮孔、縮鬆等鑄造缺陷,以至于鑄件不能達到使用要求。通過工藝分析、優化設計,使鑄件縮孔、縮鬆等鑄造缺陷消除,從而生產齣閤格的鑄件。

Normally of welded structure though the rotor spider of a hydropower station is a cast one for its smaller size. Its ribs staggered structure appeared radioactive, which led to feeding difficulties in its solidification so as to occur casting defects. Through technology analysis and optimization of design, defects ascontractive cavities and shrinkage porosity have been eliminated to produce qualified castings.
